  All sales are final, there are no refunds only exchanges.

  Once payment is submitted, it is considered
  a final sale. You have 2 days from the confirmed delivery date to contact Andreacloset to exchange an item. If we no longer have your item in stock we will issue you store credit. where you will receive an email of that credit and you will be given 10 business days to use that store credit. In any event your store credit expires you will lose that credit and no refund will be issued.

  Shipping cost is your responsibility.
  Exchanged products must be returned in the exact condition as you received them and in the original box or packaging.

  Unfortunately no, If we do not an item in stock you will have to wait for availability.

• How to use size chart?

  Bust: Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust to ensure a comfortable fit.
  Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, holding the measuring tape loose enough to fit comfortably.
  Hips: Drape the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, resting the tape comfortably against your body.
  Length: For tops and dresses, measure from the top of your shoulder to the hem. For strapless dresses, measure from the highest part of the neckline to the hem. For pants and skirts, measure from the top of the waist to the hem.
  Sleeve: With your arm outstretched, measure from the base of your neck to the end of the sleeve hem to determine where the sleeve length will fall on you.

Our owner of Andrea Closet believe that given the opportunity to be handed in life a job that is what you were born to do is a true blessing, so she take her bushiness and customers very serious. Every item on our website was hand picked by Ms. Andrea her self to give a taste of style, trend, class and personal needs to every customer. She always say " We are a brand that offers everything to every one no matter race, shape, size and sexual preference we are here to please" says Ms. Andrea who is also a designer currently working on her own line now. "I've always designed repaired jewelry, made pillows and took something old and made it new ". I am from the harsh reality of East New York, Brooklyn and to make it this far is the best feeling in the world to finally have your dreams become a reality is amazing.
